I was scared to purchase a mattress I'd never tried or seen, but it was the best decision in the bedroom I have ever made... 🤪😂. I called up to exchange the softness level and was so surprised that they knew who I was straight away. The customer service is second to none. They have cut out the middleman and not only produced a spectacularly comfortable mattress but an exceptional customer service experience.

We love our sleeping duck mattress and base..Glad we had young family to put it together. We are sleeping better. The bed is comforting to cuddle into!!

How fabulous is this bed. Soooo comfortable. The service is impecible - you are not forgotten after you buy the bed. SD check in to see if you are absolutely happy. Adjustments are easy to arrange and fit. You just wouldn't get this service buying from a store. I am so happy.

Worth the money and the wait! Definitely a life investment - a saviour to my back and my sides! Got this while I was still pregnant and it made a huge difference vs my old mattress! Sleep is much better and more comfy...
