After suffering a herniated disc in my lower back and nerve damage I was in incredible pain. After surgery my old mattress just wasn't up to the job of supporting my back like I now need it to. The first night on my SD mattress was heaven. I trialed a firm foam insert on one side and medium on the other. After deciding that firm was the best fit, the SD team sent me another firm foam insert without further charge or delay. Best mattress I've ever slept on and worth every dollar spent. Thank you Sleeping Duck. The mattress helped me on the mend faster and giving me the most comfortable sleep.

We replaced our aging mattress with a SD and it is a very good mattress. We visited a couple of Bedding shops and found it very confusing trying to compare all the mattresses in our pri e range. In the end we went on the reviews of others and got the SD, this has been a good decision.

I only wish I'd bought one earlier, it's my favourite possession now. I also bought the Boyd frame, and I couldn't be happier with both. Before this mattress, I had a too hot latex one which was awful and non-refundable. The fact that you can try out the Sleeping Duck made me more confident to try it. Aired it out for a few days because I'm sensitive to smells, and since then all has been well. I did switch to the segmented foam layers after a few weeks, and am now really happy with that. I was a little bit lax in rotating the mattress, that might've helped with the side foam layers. Customer service is the best, super helpful and responsive. My mattress is a tiny bit on the warm side, but am starting to think it's just my west facing bedroom that's the problem. I have a feeling it will be fine when I move to somewhere cooler.
