Body heat buildup in memory foam doesn't disperse into mattress. Husband happy I’m not.

The mattress was my wiifes choice. Untested! It came wrapped in a huge amount of plastic wrapping that we had to send to landfill. If found the firm setting uncomfortable and the requested replacement Medium inlay soggy as well as hot to lay on. In summary, I have not had a good night sleep in the 4 months since the mattress was delivered prior to Xmas 2020. The replacement Medium inlay was also shrink wrapped in a load of plastic. Some how I need to dispose of all this plastic and the firm inlay that I cannot get back into the delivery box.

too firm and also too warm

Since buying the duck I’ve had terrible hip pain. I’m hot through the night and still struggling to sleep. I’ve added a pillow top to try and help but still have hip pain

While the King size mattress is really comfortable - and we did a change from Medium to Firm, the really difficult part is changing the fitted sheets and even tucking the flat sheet under due to its weight. This could be due to the extra height of the mattress and you may need the “deep” style fitted sheets. From that I suppose the benefits you get with a better sleep are undone by trying to make it. Also annoyed they have brought a Mach2 model out, yet despite me asking if anything new was coming to which they said it wasn’t any.

Too soft in the middle

The mattress is what I'm looking for in terms of back support, potentially the tiniest bit too soft. However the mattress retains heat like no other I've had, finding it pretty tough to sleep without air con or a fan in spring weather.

I rate your service, however, I am not quite satisfied with the mattress. It's comfortable but I find it too hot to sleep in.
