I found the bed very good quality and the communication was great. The medium for me felt like my butt sunk in too much so I asked for the firm. I'm now used to it and it feels great. My wife loves the minimal partner disturbance.

We purchased an expensive mattress and base 12 months ago from a reputable store. Supposedly a top of the range. It was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on. After 6 months we decided to cut our loses, get rid of it and buy a sleeping duck mattress and base. It was the best decision we have ever made. On phoning we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered and it was delivered 2 days later. We have never looked back and love it. Follow up and communication has been extremely good and we have not found a better company to work with for a long, long time. This would be the best bed we have ever slept in. It is exactly as it is described and we would recommend it to anyone. Thank you sleeping duck!!

With the great service & follow ups we have found our new mattress all it is advertised to be. Great support, great comfort, & the body is feeling much better on getting up. Would recommend anyone to try a sleeping duck mattress.

Have tried other mattresses for 100 nights trial and happy to say that Sleeping Duck is by far the best. The after Customer service care ladies are awesome and genuine. Mattress swap and delivery was quick and easy. I love my new mattress. The mattress is so comfortable that It’s hard to get out of bed sometimes, I blame it on sleeping duck 😜.
