Ive slept on futons for over 40 years, but now in my mid 60’s my bodys’ needs have changed ( ahhh the added aches & pains of getting older) . l wanted a firm but more flexible sleeping arrangement & the Sleeping Duck mattress with its firmness options allowed me to customize to my requirements. The mattress is amazingly comfy and customer service is spot on. We originally we got both medium, however it wasn't quite soft enough for me, customer service was so prompt and we are both now very happy with our mattress. Best mattress we have ever slept on .

I only changed because my partner was complaining about my previous mattress being too soft. He’s sleeping on a firm side now and he’s happy. Im happy on medium, no better or worse than my previous mattress but is better value for money. My shoulder hurts but Ive had previous surgery and have repeat bursitis so dont know if the mattress can help with that anyway.

Seriously, where else can you buy a mattress, take it home, try it out for 100 nights, then get a full refund if it doesn’t suit you? And in the meantime you can change it up so that it’s custom fit for you and deal with extremely helpful staff. I’d imagine the return rate would be very low. I started with a medium, went to a firm, then ended up with custom pieces that worked perfectly for my needs. The customer service is amazing and quick. Nothing was too much trouble and the follow up was excellent. I love my sleeping duck mattress, it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I’ve since purchased the pillow, which I also love, but just to note it could take some people a bit of time to get used to ( I was already sleeping on a low profile pillow) but def worth it. The bed options really help to customise your sleeping experience which is amazing! in winter the bed maintains its warmth as well which was a surprise :) The customer service team were so friendly, helpful, attentive and always followed up with me. Highly recommend Sleeping Duck

I had to change my first sleeping duck as it was a bit hard on my back as I sleep on my back. You then sent me the next softer one and I immediately noticed the difference. I am now able to turn in my bed without any discomfort. Previously I did not look forward to getting out of bed because of the pain and would have to do warmups by pulling my legs to my chest.
