Excellent customer service. Having a good night sleep but still trying to work out which inserts are best for my bad back. I would recommend this mattress to anybody who has had a back injury and would like have more comfortable support while sleeping

Comfortable bed, don’t regret it at all

Changed out our old Ozmatress for a new sleeping duck and have not looked back!!! Sleeping very well and feel refreshed on waking. Changed out one side for the firmer insert but ended up going back to the medium which suits me perfectly. 100% would recommend

I have tested this mattress via a family member and it is amazing I bought one for my daughter and then myself the only thing I will say is the mattress for me personally is more comfortable on a slated bed which unfortunately mine is not however it is still more comfortable than what I had before. However I do not recommend the sleeping duck pillow unless you like a thin pillow, had the pillow been twice the thickness it would be perfect.

Our sleeping duck is like sleeping on a cloud!!!! We absolutely love it and cant wait to get into bed every night ☺️ We highly recommend getting a sleeping duck mattress. No more sore lower back and hips.

This SD mattress is so good I find myself sleeping in to much as it is so comfortable. Once we got the firmness adjusted to our satisfaction it is great. Thanks SD

Amazing change in mattress. I've never had a brand new mattress so wanted to treat myself. Also my dog sleeps on the bed with me and I haven't even felt him getting off the bed in the morning like I used to. Very heavy mattress when setting up, compared to my old mattress I was able to move by myself- but you definitely need 2 for this one. As a bigger person as well it doesn't feel like I'm weighing down my side of the mattress.

I paid to have my bed constructed by SD - they did that very quickly, thank you. When I switched from firm to medium, delivery was prompt and it was easy to change over.
