Have been totally blown away by SDHQ customer followup and care and we love our Queen medium mattress with the Indestructible Bed base. We have since bought SD sheets, which have been excellent to sleep on.

They arranged a firmer mattress for me, and I’m so glad they did — the firmness is now absolutely perfect. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. My ongoing back issues solved by our new mattress! Excellent service. We tried a half and half which was good, but I found my firm side too firm in the morning. Contacted SD and a medium insert arrived in 24 hours, no questions asked. Excellent service and perfectly happy with this great mattress.

I bought the mattress as well as the indescribable bed. Very pleased with my purchase. My back pain has improved as has my quality of sleep.

I still wake up in the morning wondering at how I seem to be almost floating on a perfectly flat but giving surface at my perfect morning temperature. Apparently, I used to have bouts of snoring but I don't appear to now (that or my husband is sleeping so soundly that he doesn't hear me!).
