The sleeping duck matress and bed are great, feel very supported without feeling too solid. The design of the matress top feels good too, its very breathable, never feel too hot, very comfortable.

I now have three mattresses and two frames and wish I had spent the money previously and got them from the start

Overall very pleased with the sleeping duck mattress. They were quick to respond and send out different firmness section when requested, but if you didn't know it was avavilable to ask, I couldn't find that much info onhow to customise it to my preference. That being said I love the mattress so far. I haven't had it during the summer so don't know if it is sleeps 'hot' but it is good now...

very comfortable mattress and the bed base is very sound. Even though we live in Far North Queensland the delivery cost was very reasonable and overall price was comparable- if not better than the cost of a good bed and base up here in the north., and it was quickly delivered. Our friends told us about their Sleeping Duck. We bought one 2 days later. I started with Medium for my wife and Firm for me. I quickly realised that I was a side sleeper and needed a Medium as well. SDHQ sent a firmness adjustment though the post. No questions asked. I now sleep much better.

The Sleeping Duck Mack 2 is amazing and so comfy when I sleep on my side but still have some discomfort when I lay on my back. Overall a great mattress and easy to interchange the firmness adjustment.

The medium mattress I bought from Sleeping Duck was slightly too hard for me, so they sent me the 'Soft' inserts and it is just right now. No extra cost! Great service.
