I'm sleeping well - my PB has been 13 hours! I wake without a tiny niggle in lower back; and can't believe that I could make a call for free stuff! An upgrade to 'firm' mattress inserts were promptly supplied. I have seriously recommended Sleeping Duck to two couples who enquired of me.

There’s nothing uncomfortable about our sleeping duck other than comparing it with the magnificent pillow top that we had with our previous mattress-,it made everything feel so much cosier!

Everything about this experience has been fantastic. The set up was extremely easy, the mattress so comfortable. But most of all was the after sale service. We felt the choice of density wasn’t right for us, and so after a brief conversation with sales we received an upgrade free of charge. Just amazing service. Never experienced anything like it.
