Love how we can have different firmness levels - and that I could change the firmness of my side of the bed so easily with the replacement (soft) foam insert. I love climbing in to bed each night now - so cosy.

Actual support for my back - I no longer have to creak my body into place to be able get out of bed without pain. Now I just, you know, get up.

Since buying my sleeping duck mattress my sleep has improved immensely, I no longer wake up with pain in my back, I also purchased the pillows and bedding which are exceptional.

Great customer service, so easy to change firmness after delivery. I'm finding I'm sweating under my winter duvet though, which didn't happen with my previous mattress? I also sometimes wake up with a dead arm, which happened with my previous mattress so it may just be me, or it may be I need to adjust the firmness again. Overall great customer service and great quality mattress, but for me it hasn't Quite lived up to the hype and for me isn't like sleeping on a cloud like others have described!
