The mattress is soft and warm, I feel well and happy reaching my bed every night and good at the wake up. I really thing my sleep improves since I have this mattress, moving well on it and feeling very confortable. I am very happy to have bought it.

After three years of owning my Mach 11, I needed to change my wife’s side of the bed to a softer foam due to her falling pregnant and requiring to now sleep on her side rather than her preferred position of laying in her back. After asking how much the change of foam would be, I was contacted via a rep and was instructed that I would still be able to swap out my wife’s foam for free, even though I was well and truly outside my time frame of the free swap out. I can now say that my wife is sleeping way better on her side and I’m so grateful that Sleeping Duck still honoured the comfort zone, even three years on after our purchase.

The sleeping duck mattress is beautifully comfortable and your company treated me better than any other. I am/have been an insomniac for 30 years so rating your mattress as an 8 equates as a 10+ for anyone else. Hope you understand what I mean. Thank you Sleeping Duck. Keep up your wonderful service.

I waited 2 years before I brought this mattress. I wanted it so badly I down graded to queen size from king to save a few dollars. The mattress is the best I've ever slept on and I have brought 5 top quality mattresses in the past 10 years the most expensive was not the best...Sleeping duck is superb and well made. I cannot rave enough however we cannot sleep on Queensize... my husband is driving me nuts for space. So I'll need to save hard and get the king sleeping duck asap. Do not hesitate to purchase this, mattress, yes it's a risk to buy online, but you will not regret it it's a really well made and very comfy mattress. It is warmer for me than the previous matt which was cool gel tech but to be honest i won't switch away from sleeping duck now.... but id love them to add cool gel tech please, otherwise it's awesome mattress that is well worth the price😀

Experience with the Mach II mattress (King single) is positive. Upgraded as original mattress was quite old (over 10 years). Ordering & delivery (to home) excellent. Removal from packaging simple - loved watching it blow itself up! Comfort is soft yet firm, as it should be - clever combination
