Took a mattress adjustment but things seem to be better and settling down since. Think my partner might still want to upgrade to the extra firm but we’re giving it another week or so.

Spectacular service from start to finish. From ordering, delivery, and setting it up. Couldn't be easier. Constant check ins to see if everything is ok. Bed is absolutely beautiful.

Hands down the best mattress i have ever slept on,absolutely amazing, and my back pain is virtually gone

We’ve had our king size Sleeping Duck mattress for about 5 weeks now and it’s been excellent. All our dealings with the company have been great and the mattress itself feels and looks very premium and was delivered to us in the Southern Highlands, NSW, within 48hrs of purchase. I’ve got a number of old rugby injuries and have found the combination of medium softness and coil spring support to be amazing. It’s definitely better than previous mattresses we’ve had most of which cost a lot more. I hope the company continues to do well. It’s a great product and, so far, excellent quality.

From seeing the mattress delivered and expanding once opened within a minute or two who would have thought that one’s sleep would be massively improved after less than a few nights adjustment to SD Mach11 mattress. Service has been fantastic from delivery to frequent follow up check ins and the fact Sleeping Duck offers free firmness adjustment within the free 100 night trial period. Have tested this and experience has been excellent from request to delivery to check in. A great overall customer experience and the Indestruct Bed base is as described - solid and no movement!

Ordered a medium only to find sore lower back problems were more so. Contacted sleeping duck and was sent some firm pads. Sleeping much better now with lower back issues

Been really happy with the new sleeping duck mattress but since having a pet pee on it found the possibility of washing it fantastic but also have a little complaint with the zips as they are very ridget at times but overall great product.
